adult over the age of 18 must be present
while technician is on-site. |

Computer and all cables, power supplies and peripherals must be
available and easily accessible at time of appointment. |

Computer must be in working condition and compatible for chosen upgrades. |

In most cases, we try to repair the equipment on-site.
However, it is sometimes necessary to take the equipment into our workshop for repair,
which in most cases should not take longer than three days. |

The computer Administrator account and password
must be available at the time of the visit,
unless you are purchasing our “account
break-in” option for lost passwords |

The customer is responsible for the licensing of any software or
operating system that is installed or re-installed on any computer. |

Additional charges apply for required (or optional) parts and/or hardware and
software upgrades needed to complete the requested service. |

Parts and software purchased for repair are subject to their individual
warranty as applied by the manufacturer. |

Orlando Computer Support guarantees the workmanship of the requested service for seven days following the date the service was performed.
Subsequent reconfiguration or changes and modifications to the computers or peripherals serviced void the labor warranty. |

Standard Orlando Computer Support Flat Rate
service prices are available within 40 miles
of our location. An additional travel charge
may apply for our more distant clients,
or for urgent calls that are attended out
of our normal programmed route. |

Service charges must be paid at time of visit. |

Changes in appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling our office. |

Orlando Computer Support reserves the right
to rearrange or cancel appointments in exceptional
circumstances, but will make every effort
to accommodate customer's first choice of
date and time band. |
